An experience of over four and a half decades in Sales & Marketing. First Class Gold Medalist from IIM Ahmendabad in Management & Marketing. Currently conducting Behavioral Science training programs and undertaking Human Resource Consultancy for company's having an employee strength of over 30 people.

Prof. Faredoon Kapadia has an experience of over four decades, with more than two decades with Banking and Financial Institutions.

  • 12 years with a Nationalized Bank from the rank of a Clerk to an Officer. Launched its first Credit Card.
  • 6 years with a Non Banking Financial Institute, responsible for the launch of its Credit Card operations in Mumbai, New Delhi, Madras. To encounter competition introduced Zero percent financial schemes, ‘Fly Now Pay Later’, ‘Holiday Packages’ on deferred payment schemes.
  • 2 years extended Consultancy to a Cooperative Bank to acquire ‘Schedule Status’ implemented Home Banking and One Stop Branch Banking.
  • Responsible for Marketing, Administration, System Management and other allied functions.
  • 5 years in the capacity of an Executive Director and Managing Director for a leading Furniture retail outlet. Introduced Easy Buy financial scheme, exchange offer, package scheme etc.
  • 26 years in the Consultancy for Management, Marketing and Human Resource Development. Varied experience in Product Development, Product Launch, Formulating Schemes, Network Development, Recruitment, Staff selection and training at all levels, Formulating Management Information Systems are my key areas with proved success in my professional career.
