Training and the Organizational Environment

Before examining how training is initiated and then organized, it is useful to define what we mean by training and to distinguish it from the closely related concepts of learning,education and development.

Training

A planned and systematic effort to modify or develop knowledge/skill/attitude through learning experience,to achieve effective performance in an activity or range of activities.its purpose in the work situation,is to enable an individual to acquire abilities in order that he or she can perform adequality a given task or job.

Training and the Organizational Environment

Intrinsic job satisfaction may come from performing a task well and from being able to exercise a new repertoire of skills. Extrinsic job satisfaction may be derived from extra earnings accrued through improved job performance and the enhancement of career and promotion prospects both within and outside the organization to which they belong.Benefits for the organization include improved employee work performance and productivity.

On Job Training

We hold open training programmes on Public Speaking and other skills.These comprise full one-day workshops.The trainee for ‘Train the Trainer’ programme are given opportunity to attend upto 2 such workshops for which no additional fee is charged.It enables him/her get more insight into the subject of training.

Hand holding for upto six months

The Trainee who is motivated to contact clients is guided and helped in the process of securing training assignments.

20 sessions of 1 hour each one on one training
2 full day workshops
Hand holding for 6 months.

Fee:

Rs 50,000/- inclusive of courseware,video recording and the cost of workshops. There will be multiple video recording and playback to demonstrate performance and enhance the trainer’s experience.
